Who here remembers COVID? 😅 Hard to forget.
Amidst other things happening at that time, real estate prices went absolutely bananas.
Back then, record low interest rates, families sitting on top of each other in quarantine, and supply chain issues worsened the housing shortage, all mixed to create a scorching housing market.
Your neighbors’ homes were under contract for over asking price within a matter of hours of hitting the market.
Investment firms started buying up housing stock for cash, and desperate buyers started waving inspections and contingencies.
Yikes!
News reporters and neighbors were all telling me It felt like the “bubble” we saw in 2006 all over again.
Everyone was waiting for the market to crash
But I’m here to show you it did no such thing.
Those high prices are still alive and well.
You. Simply. Can’t. “Time the market.” No matter how much someone tries to sound like a fortune teller, no one has a crystal ball🔮 for these things.
But that’s not why I sent you this email.
You need to know that it’s possible to make money in real estate no matter what the market does. But only if you implement the right strategy. You will get paid (like, actual cash flow)…
- Whether prices are trending up or down 🎢
- Whether buyers feel confident or resistant
- Whether inventory is high or low
As a deal funder (aka Private Money Lender), you’re free from “waiting for the market to crash.” Because those people are still waiting. And their money is still building tiny, inconsistent returns.
When you follow the right plays, your income isn’t tied to that type of mentality.
